Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering, service and technical support organization to resolve all customer issues ensuring operational excellence in post-sales system and technology deployments
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product roadmap is competitive in the market
  • Ensure customer overall satisfaction, collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Familiar with Linux, Kernel, ESXi and K8S environment may include but not limited to installation, debug and trouble shooting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in engineering, business, or with equivalent experiences; Master’s degree is highly preferable
  • 8+ years of track record of product planning, communication and engineering exp.
  • In-depth knowledge in system/storage/solution products with strong business acumen to penetrate and develop new business opportunities
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to collaborate, influence and develop complex relationship with both internal teams and external clients
  • Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals
  • Serve as the technical leader to provide market and technology insights
