Job Description:

-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

-Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of myViewBoard software.

-Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases for new features and enhancements.

-Oversee the execution of test plans, including manual and automated testing, to identify defects, performance issues, and usability concerns.

-Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency within the QA team.

-Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues, track defects, and ensure the timely release of high-quality software.

-Apply your experience with agile development methodologies to drive iterative and incremental testing processes.

-Possessing fluent English language skills would be a strong asset.

-Demonstrate an understanding of CI/CD concepts and their relevance to the software development and testing process.

Qualification:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

-Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.

-At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role overseeing the software QA team.

-Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.

-Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

-Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and their role in the software development lifecycle.

-Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Fluent in both written and spoke English is a big plus.
