Job Description

• Lead the software engineering team and cooperate with cross-organizational teams to provide product technical planning, design and execution
• Technical scoping, design, concept testing and delivery of innovative solutions
• Help product owners define product vision and roadmap, clarify feasibility, timeline, cost and impact
• Develop engineering team roadmaps and monitor and report product KPIs
• Effectively prioritize and define product features
• Foster a high-performing team culture and attract world-class product and design teams
  

The Successful Applicant

• More than 8 years of relevant software programming experience.
• Familiar with JavaScript (Express, Node.js, React, Redux), HTML, and CSS development languages
• Leadership in cross-development functional teams
• Ability to work across any technology stack and eager to learn new technologies.
• Ability to think critically about software construction; ability to formulate a technical strategy
• Fast learner, team player, independent and self-motivated
• Passionate about creating innovative products with any possible solution
