Position Overview

Are you a detail oriented and highly-motivated individual looking for new challenges in the e-discovery world?

If so, then company would like you to join us. company is looking for talented individuals to joining it’s growing cross border project management team. The team focuses on large and complex litigations with international components.

The Project Manager will be working with their overseas counterparts and will be responsible for providing high quality services to clients through the life cycle of the matter.

The Project Manager is expected to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.

The Project Manager is the primary contact for client communication and will coordinate internal and external resources to meet client objectives and provide custom solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and workflow execution of assigned e-discovery projects, provide direction to internal team.
• Prepare and verify processing and production specifications with clients; perform quality control on client deliverables.
• Monitor case progress and ensure that deadlines are met; provide project progress updates and reports as needed to all stakeholders
• Keep data tracking and case tracking logs up to date
• Properly manage client expectations and advise clients on e-discovery best practices
• Assist clients in identifying project scope and properly advise client on workflows
• Draft final project reports including review summary and processes utilized.
• Track PM hours in an accurate and timely manner on company’s designated time entry system
• Provide demo and training on Relativity.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• 3+ years in an software, AI Solution, project manager role or related role
• High quality work product standards
• High cognitive ability with strong problem solving skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to details
• Ability to analyze issues, make strategic recommendations and implement effective solutions
• Ability to perform under pressure and adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities in a fast-paced working environment
• Positive and motivated, takes proactive approach to resolve issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work well within a team oriented environment; foster effective team relationships
• Demonstrate ability to manage client expectations, maintain client satisfaction and provide work product that instills client confidence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
