The primary function of the Smart Logistic Technology Manager Automation is to lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of automation equipment in the logistics facility also seen as the function of the post-sale team. By cooperating with suppliers and fulfilling the needs of clients externally and also performing cross-department communication and collaborating with stakeholders internally, this role is responsible for attaining project objectives and setting the benchmark for the industry.

What you will do...

• Collaborate with the Tech-Enabled Logistics team in planning to deliver operational technology applications/ systems inside the warehouse.
• Ensure the quality of automation system and equipment implementation projects.
• Facilitate and organize the implementation and optimization of project management in an expected time, cost and quality.
• Engage with team members on a daily basis on-site to deliver post-sales services.
• Satisfy the needs of clients and stakeholders to share relevant information.
• Support the on-site smart logistics solution delivery setup from the start, including coaching and driving automation principles to operators, optimizing equipment, and resolving system and equipment obstacles.
