Responsibilities

JD – APAC Service Procurement Specialist

Labor/tooling or intangible service supplier sourcing; E-Bidding for labor/tooling or intangible service; Commercial conditions negotiation / Legal Review. Contract preparation, though approval process. Purchasing requisition (PR) management, ensure on time delivery or service. Prepares and conducts negotiations to obtain highest feasible savings Ensures a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement Related analysis and all other procurement work related to labor and crane rental; Assist for system or procedure upgrading. Wind farm service or intangible service supplier sourcing. Travel to windfarm and other necessary place. Other works that assigned by department manager;
