Responsibilities

• Follow up daily Inbound and outbound process to meet our customers’ order and requests
• Collect products specifications and technical data for custom’s registration
• Reviewing forwarding and shipping documents to provide mismatching;
• Contact point of MSD China local warehouse for import due day payment;
• Follow up timely goods received and shipments.
• Manage customers’ defective parts return and repair.
• Review the usage of spare parts, and highlight critical and shortage parts
• Request global planning to replenish needed spare parts to local ware house
• Communicate to local service team and give timely feedbacks to the customers
• Check in the replenish parts and receive in the local ware house
• Timely allocate parts and ship to the right customer sites
• Manager monthly delivery performance report for further improvements
• Run monthly fill rate report and POD (proven of delivery) report
• Take immediate actions when the performance doesn’t meet the target
• Satisfy customers with continuously improvement
• Be main contact point of 3rd parties for daily operations
• Monitor and manage 3rd parties for operation issues
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related majors, such as: logistics management, import/export, business English…etc.
• More than two years direct related working experiences in supply chain management
• Knowledge and experiences in international trading and businesses
• Fluent English writing and speaking
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiences of working with 3rd party warehouse
• Knowledge and experiences of ERP system
