• Providing quality leadership and participating as a core team member on providing quality related supports
• Assuring compliance to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and external standards.
• Evaluating customer complaints, issues, samples, and trends, and then determining the necessary action plans
• Managing supplier quality performance while working for issue investigation and corrective/preventive actions
• Interacting with international plant manufacturing locations and home division and updating quality performance while escalating top issues
• Helping to drive and foster a quality environment and mindset throughout the business
• Driving product quality continuous improvement
• Driving GMP & GDP & ISO 13485/9001compliance
  
  

Your Skills And Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline from an accredited institution
• Previous experience working in a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated device or drug environment
• Previous customer complaints handling experience
• Previous GMP & GDP compliance experience
• Previous experience leading Quality Assurance (QA) efforts for marketed products
• Initiative, strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Possess ISO9001 or ISO13485 quality management system knowledge and internal audit skills
