GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct root cause investigations of internal product quality issues

2. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)

3. Issue 8D report and communicate with sales on quality issues

4. Lead quality meetings with related department member for quality improvement projects

5. Develop and modify troubleshooting guidelines for production

6. Build, modify, monitor production IPQC SPC processes

7. Manage change control processes and issue customer notifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field.

2. 3+ years of semiconductor or electric chemical related suppliers.

3. 5+ years in production or quality department.

4. Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

5. Experience with continuous improvement projects.

6. Knowledge of SPC methodologies.
