What is the job about?

An exciting opportunity has arisen within an established water technology company. We are seeking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our friendly, inclusive, and highly inspirational team in Taichung, Taiwan.

The primary responsibility is to support and coordinate decided marketing activities to improve sales.

The Senior Marketing Specialistwill be responsible for local marketing activities in the cluster such as digital & written marketing content, customer events and fairs. The Senior Marketing Specialistwill align plan annual local activities and coordinate with stakeholders in Industry APAC – Taiwan and other PU ( Performance Units) to provide secure a professional and unified approach to protect the Grundfos brand.

At its heart, it is a Marketing Specialist role is to develop the marketing activities and initiatives supporting the overall growth of Marketing and Sales Development within asia pacific industry segment in the assigned area. Effectively collaborate within the Industry APAC Sales Team in achieving Industry APAC commercial targets by efficiently deploying conventional and digital marketing activities with optimizing impact.

You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines and are creative while being agile and responsive. You are interested in learning new high tools, trends, and processes in the Marketing World. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative and outcome-focused environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Create an annual plan for marketing activities together with the Area Sales Director and ensure the budget allocation.
• Create, deliver, edit and optimize marketing material.
• Support prioritized marketing product launch activities.
• Arrange and support with customer events/fairs.
• Deliver master elements ready for use via multiple marketing channels.
• Coordinate and support the global Grundfos marketing organization regarding selected disciplines within digital marketing!
• Follow up and ensure the marketing initiatives meet goals and keeping within the budget.
• Ensure alignment and efficient internal stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Support the development of regional marketing concepts and solutions meeting business needs and requirements.
• Secure clear and consistent representation of Grundfos image, values, and key messages- safeguarding Grundfos visual identity.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required.

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

• Industry, market and business environment Experience implementing developed processes within Digital Marketing.
• Ability to guide processes or projects
• Ability to direct a business process within Digital Marketing
• At least to have 5 + years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
• Technical, functional and professional with solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Digital Marketing.
• Ability to influence others.
• Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Digital Marketing area.
• Experience in working with creation of technical content
• Communication skills in cross cultural environment
