Objectives of the position:

Responsible for driving strategy and building the framework for Segment Offer and VIP service, and formulating the value proposition strategy to fulfill the needs of multiple distribution partners (Banca, Broker, and Digital Channel) and customer to explore business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build up customer-oriented membership concept and framework to provide value added offer to customer.

2. Developing strategy, building framework and complete end-to-end implementation as a project leader.

3. Understand the customer journey and continuous improve and measure the performance of each touchpoint, e.g Mind-the-Gap(MTG)

4. Familiar in running digital activities, social media and paid/owned media management.
