Responsibilities

• Manage internal technology needs and technology selection for new engagements and new technology introduction. This includes managing all new technology introduction needs, including shuttles, tapeouts, IP merges, masks, and foundry schedules and logistics, as well as, enabling new technology joint development in external foundries.
• Interact with strategic contracted None Foundry Front End semiconductor manufacturers. Drive the operational key performance indexes of these contracted manufacturers, lead quality and yield improvement efforts.
• Manage advanced packaging technologies, especially CSPs, including imaging sensors, and wafer probing, and its related supply chain.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with semiconductor technology development, fab integration, product engineering, business development, foundry management in IDM, foundry, fabless companies. WLCSP experience is plus.
• Flexible in local travel (frequent around Taiwan area, occasionally around Asia)
  

Education

MS degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Material Science or related area.

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
