【Responsibilities】

• Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators.
• Conduct data analysis to facilitate business reviews and collaborate with business leaders to identify actionable improvements for enhancing business metrics.
• Develop financial projections, build/maintain robust financial models, and assist with forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close processes.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting and monthly close processes.
• Collaborate with sales, product, customer success and other teams and drive initiatives with strong modeling and analytical skill
• Prepare ad hoc business analysis, providing recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making and planned future initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with strong modeling skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and aptitude for quickly learning new software.

• SQL, VBA or similar basic language proficiency
