  • Primary interface between the Company’s Divisions and subcontractor (OSAT) to ensure timely respond on quality issues & enquires from all stakeholders (external customer, Division / Groups, Internal plants, internal support organization and OSAT).
  • Leader in Crisis management, Deviation Management, Problem solving, Continuous improvement and Audits (Customer and Supplier)
  • Responsible for managing overall Quality activities in Taiwan region and accountable for internal & external customer complaints and driving supplier for continuous improvement in quality KPI such as 8D Responsiveness and 8D Content Quality etc.
  • Handles MRB, QMR, risk assessment, lot disposition and Product recall process.
  • Drives Zero Defect Programs to achieve quality target Qualifies and enables new subcontractors Involves in new package and products development and change management projects
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate quality monitoring system/control in place at all OSATs in order to eliminate any repeated quality issue.
  • Responsible for managing read across of quality incidence from other supplier and deployment of special quality and requirement from customers and internal support organization (GCR, survey, BKM)
  • Training supplier for the Company’s quality requirement & quality tools.
