Description

• Develop reliability test requirements and documentation.
• Identify reliability test requirements for new features and technologies.
• Conduct hands on product testing and qualification.
• Develop and implement product test plan.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure stable product development.
• Evaluate and work on the best possible user experience for products.

Profile

• Bachelors’ degree in ME, EE or Material Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in testing or QA background in computer accessories.
• Working experience with ODM and familiar with factory quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of reliability measures, quality systems, and design margin.
• Ability to perform hands-on product testing and failure analysis.
• Project management skills with PMP is preferrable.
• Strong familiarity with test and certification standards.
• Communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Desired Skills and Experience
