Description

The Amazon Web Services HKT (Hong Kong and Taiwan) Sales Operations Team is looking for an experienced Readiness Program Manager with strong organizational skills and ability to build a sales operations learning platform for on-demand delivery that will scale regionally. And, the Program Manager will be measured with the adoption rate of our sales operations tools and internal customers satisfaction through their usage of our business intelligence solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for landing global and regional sales operations training content to the Sales Organization, which includes developing regional training platform, compiling and maintaining the content. You will be required to drive users readiness, change management strategies and to establish operating standards for readiness and communications, content quality and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Operations readiness programs, including landing global programs and initiating local programs
  • Define evaluation metrics to measure impact including consistent customer experience and successful adoption
  • Work across teams to understand business needs or pain points, define strategies to optimize programs outcome
  • Assist Sales Operations Managers to define new content and delivery channels; and provide feedback to raise bar on program quality
  • Partner with other enablement teams to leverage ideas and resources and share best practices
  • Assist in the development and execution of a formalized Train-the-Trainer program (when required)

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above in computer science, or business management, or language, or human resources, etc.
  • 3 years+ of experience in delivering sales excellence related training, internal knowledge program or HR program
  • Experience in program execution and management capabilities, without direct authority and working across multiple teams
  • Experience in content production or generation management, including but not limited to text, audio, video, courses, etc.
  • Capability in creating innovative, engaging, dynamic and relatable content
  • Capability in defining insights and strategies through data analysis and customers’ anecdotes.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including but not limited to coordination, communication and cross-team collaboration
  • Strong written skills and fluent spoken Chinese and English to support daily work with teams across the regions.
  • Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company
  • Recent experience in sales or and sales operations
  • Experience in conducting training using variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning and virtual learning
  • Experience in oral presentation with strong “stage presence” and ability to engage and manage classroom of adult learner
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce.com and Tableau
  • Experience in creating an engaging learner experience in each training class with various training strategies
