Roles and Responsibilities:

Assistance for Head of Department (10%)

- Support HoD on Meeting organization, minutes documentation, event coordination

- Open points follow ups, and other HoD topic support

Sales controlling role (30%)

- Sales tracking, customer deal tracking

- Customer contract management

- Contract bonus budgeting and tracking

- Customer profile management & CRM tool key user

- Sales process owner & Internal sales audit coordinator

eCom sales role (50%)

-Be the key coordinator and driver for Bosch AA eCom platform sales with dealers &agency. Focusing on Shopee, Momo, and PcHome.

-eCom growth strategy with portfolio management, MRP, campaign &branding activities…etc.

-Key KPI as all platform sell-out turnover

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in business management - Over 3 years working experience in sales function - Attention to detail - Good communication skills, initiative and co-operation - Willingness to learn & accept responsibility - Fluent written and oral English communication skills - Advance Excel and PPT skills
