Who are we?

UGLY HALF 酉鬼啤酒是新北五股的一間精釀小酒廠,裡面駐紮紐西蘭美國台灣的喝酒好朋友。我們覺得釀出一杯好酒,需要好喝、好玩,還有好朋友。有了這些,就是精釀啤酒的好味道。

我們相信與主要合作夥伴密切合作是在灣發展新啤酒文化的最佳方式,讓夥伴們喜愛我們並銷售我們的產品。

UGLY HALF is a small brewery in Wugu, New Taipei City. We see a dedication to quality, innovation & community as a platform for creating a craft beer culture that extends far beyond just putting beer in mouths.

We believe the best way to grow a new beer culture in Taiwan is by working very closely with key outlet partners and enabling them to love and sell our product.

酉鬼啤酒的銷售經理是推廣品牌的重要推手之一。你 / 妳是一個擁有多元背景、經驗豐富的銷售專家,對於從數據出發制定銷售計劃、達成銷售目標有著讓人讚賞的紀錄。你 / 妳會從正面、創造雙贏的角度思考銷售,不論是新夥伴或老顧客,建立穩定的合作關係並達成雙方的共同目標必是長久經營的出發點。

As a sales manager you are a key cog in this. You are a multi-faceted, experienced sales professional with an established track record of constructing sales plans and hitting targets. You approach sales from a positive, win-win standpoint, structuring new relationships around meeting common goals, with your aim always to build a lasting partnership.

Key tasks

  • 與既有餐飲通路建立持久穩定的關係,並深入了解合作夥伴及其消費者的需求。Take our existing batch of key outlets and build lasting, stable relationships where we deeply understand the needs of our partners and their customers.
  • 我們將專注於這些現有合作通路的銷量並協助提高到我們的目標數字,而非過度開發陌生通路。Focus on increasing sales volumes in these existing key outlets to our goal levels, rather than the less sustainable constant influx and turnover of adding new outlets.
  • 與酒廠、行銷及設計團隊共同合作,開發對不同通路適用之服務、產品組合及銷售方案,並持續追蹤滿足消費者需求之成效 Work with brewing, marketing, and design teams to develop, launch & track the effectiveness of a variety of different sales drivers that deliver on our customers needs.
  • 與業務團隊共同規劃並制定產品及定價策略以滿足消費端的需求。Work with other members of the sales team to develop & execute product & pricing strategies that deliver on our customers needs.
  • 收集市場數據,幫助團隊準確判斷市場動態,並優化銷售模式、目標及執行方式。Gathering a comprehensive range of data to build a clear picture of the market and use this to refine the pipeline, targets & sales approach.

Requirements

  • 具有3年以上FMCG業務經驗或客戶管理聯繫經驗。3+ years experience in FMCG sales or account management.
  • 善於處理人際關係同時具有無私的團體精神。Fantastic interpersonal skills. A team player with an egoless nature
  • 具有辨別及清楚表達客戶需求之能力並能加以解決。

The ability to clearly identify and articulate customer’s needs, then find ways to satisfy

them

  • 具備產品定價及銷量預測經驗,有 ERP 系統或其他銷售管理軟體經驗者佳。 Experience with building pricing structures & forecasting. Experience working with ERP systems and/or sales tracking software a bonus
  • 優異的時間管理及規劃能力。Excellent time management and forward planning skills.
  • 可流利的使用中文及英文工作。Fluent in Chinese, English competence a strong advantage
  • 歡迎對精釀啤酒有熱情並具備豐富知識的夥伴 :) Craft Beer Knowledge and personal interest in craft beer is a bonus.
