Responsibilities

  • Team Management and operation.
  • Sales Strategy development: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in Taiwan.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes to develop new business opportunities for factory automation products and solutions in Taiwan.
  • Key Account and Distribution business Management: Devise and execute overall business development plan for the entire market including Key account initiatives, channels and distributor ecosystem.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain longlasting, strong relationship with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Sales Support and Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience

8+ years working experience with managerial roles in sales, marketing or related roles.

15+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation or IPC industries

Strong leadership with good business acumen, strategy analysis and planning

With excellent organizational skills and a responsible, crossdepartmental working style

Long term career focus

Business English competency is required.


Major in automation or engineering or business administration, college degree or above
