Job DescriptionRole Description

• The position objective is to develop finance leaders with hands-on experience on analysis / simulation mechanism / budgeting, be partnership with business unit, and also exposure to business strategy

Responsibilities / Key Tasks

• Partner with business teams to drive insights & develop and execute commercial actions which drive profitable, sustainable growth for Revenue Growth Management
• Manage the Price and Promo projects, collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams, analyzing the outputs of the projects, and providing insightful price and promo recommendations
• Conduct analysis on various drivers of P&L sales and margin fluctuations
• Handles business unit financial result and identify risk and opportunity
• Business unit budgeting/ forecast modelling and analysis
• Prepare relevant business management reports and monitor all related spending
• Participate in business strategy discussion and provide comments with solid financial rationale behind
• Ad-hoc business / financial analysis and simulation by activities

Qualifications / Skills Requirement

• 5+ years relevant experiences
• Candidate should know Excel , SAP and BI (Plus)
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Result oriented, outgoing personality, presentable and initiative, flexibility, patience, and personal integrity are absolute requirements
