Job Description

Lead the ordering process, conduct cost improvement, manage vendor performance, and respond for customer service.
  • Provide ordering solution to fulfill customer request
  • Lead the container optimization to maximize the cost benefit
  • Monitor overall order to ship progress and ensure the schedule be on time
  • Lead the communication and maintain the relationship with the service providers and vendors
  • Lead team to tackle the pop-up operation issue and make timely decision
  • Lead team members to accomplish the tasks. Coach and train up the capability of the team.
  • Simplify the process and eliminate the non-necessary waste
  • Conduct the analysis for performance gap, develop the action plan, and drive the correction

  • Analysis and multitasking skill
  • Project management skill
  • Team player
  • Able to work independently and adapt to the change
  • Strong skill in MS office, Excel VBA capability is the plus
  • Be fluent in both of English and Mandarin
  • Proven experience on ordering management and customer service is required
  • Proven experience on import/export management is required.
  • Proven experience on people management is required
  • Proven experience on cross function of supply chain is preferred.
