Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting computer systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Industrial/Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 year related computer system testing experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Reliability test HW preparation and buyoff
• Define the reliability test profile with different projects.
• Collect all test result and come out the final test report
• Perform Reliability bias Test in accelerated environment
• Debug and troubleshooting during development and reliability test.
• Test result analysis and issue tracking with cross function
• Test schedule control and resource arrangement to meet product develop schedule
• Create test plan of Electronics/Mechanical to meet product design quality and reliability
• Develop reliability requirements for consumer facing hardware
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of Environment Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent with minimum of 5 years related experience.
• Prior experience of ODM / OEM / Brand server products.
• Knowing S&V, Chamber, MBTF, HALT and GR63 test
• Knowing the test procedure of reliability test (Thermal, Chamber, S&V , HALT , GR63)
• Fluent in English writing, speaking, reading.
