The Role

The Regional PR Executive will help formulate, execute, and sustain a consistent branding throughout all of Paktor Offline Unit’s key markets. This role primarily focuses on the communication and branding needs of these Offline units and is viewed as strategically critical to build on the company’s already impressive success in the dating industry. The successful candidate will help build the Offline brands through multiple media channels. This role has a high level of visibility and impact within the business.

Responsibilities

• Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations; vet content from copywriters, media publishers and external content creators
• Develop long term media relations strategy to secure high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
• cultivate new contacts within business and industry media as well as KOLs
• Respond to queries from media and external organizations; prepare company spokesperson for interviews
• Identify and evaluate and secure opportunities for partnerships & sponsorships
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a PR Agency and/or in an in-house PR Team. Regional experience will be a bonus
• Minimum degree in relevant fields.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good relationship with journalists/ KOL
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with tight deadlines
• People-oriented
• High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up company
• Candidate needs to be able to converse in both English and Mandarin to manage the relevant stakeholders
