Job Description

1. Quality responsible for projects ( Own development & ODM project )

2. Familiar with methods and tools, e.g. FMEA / Technical risk assessment, FAM

3. Handling of quality complaints with 8D method

4. Drive Product and process quality improvement activities ( PDCA )

5. Quality reporting ( Weekly / Monthly )

6. Maintain and analyze the global repair database

7. Support the Quality Management System - Internal audits, corrective actions ( System / Process / PEP )

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or similar

• 5 years of working experience in quality assurance in engineering or similar

• Experience in video systems, IP network

• Experience with product engineering

• Experience with Supplier Quality Engineering

• Experience on supplier audit or internal audit

• Good in English speaking and writing

• Having design for six sigma background – ( DFSS )

• Better to have quality engineering certificate / reliability engineering certificate (CQE/CRE)

• Better to have ISO9001 lead auditor certificate

• Pro-active attitude and cooperative in dealing with people or work locally and internationally. Innovative, co-operation, and creativity
