QA Analytical Chemist

Job Description:

Entegris is seeking a 2nd shift QA Analytical Chemist for our KSP facility. Saturday-Wednesday 3:00pm-12:00am.

The QA Chemist is responsible for QA testing and will provide analytical support for production of our Micro-Contamination Control and Membrane products. The QA Chemist will prepare and test samples using ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, TOC analysis, NVR, LC-CAD, GC-MS and GC-FID.

• Conduct QA product testing of Filtration and Membrane products from manufacturing.
• Follow and document standard operating procedures for conducting required tests.
• Set up analytical standards, reagent mixes and/or deliver production chemicals used in testing process.
• Analyze and interpret test data, maintain documentation of test operations and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot testing equipment.
• Remove and dispose waste chemicals in accordance with company established safety procedures.
