Job Overview

Project Engineer with strong technical background and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Main Responsibilities

· Transfer a manufacturable design, processes and related know how into mass manufacturing sites (e.g. Taiwan/Switzerland/USA).

· Assess / develop early-stage process technologies. ​

· Develop robust manufacturing processes.​

· Specify and procure new tools and equipment​.

· Introduce new processes into manufacturing.​

· Participate/Lead Root-Cause-Analysis and Problem-Solving activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

· Good English reading skills, able to communicate in English.

· Good teamwork and communication skills.

· Exposure to CAD software.

· Basic statistics.

· Familiar with injection molding process.

· Knowledge of 6 Sigma and/or LEAN methodology.

· Working knowledge of Problem-Solving techniques.

· Familiar with Solidworks.

· Exposure to international work or study environment.

· Desire to work in a multinational team.
