HTC Global Solution Department is looking for an experienced Program Management Manager/Director to drive end-to-end success.

Responsibilities

In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with a talented set of stakeholders across HTC to shape out the XR solution strategy, drive specific applications and contents, and transform the industry. You will need a broad understanding of our technical architecture and business strategy across HTC’s entire product portfolio and solution platforms, and have a passion for being innovative ahead of the industry. This team is tackling challenging engineering and business problems within the broader organization. More specifically, you will :

· Help build the solution strategy and portfolio, including co-development approach with varied HTC engineering teams.

· Take the ownership of solution planning and end-to-end execution for the success.

· Have a drive to create the world-class XR solutions for ensuring we have the right resources available in the right places at the right time.

· Leverage industry expertise and market insights to be an expert advising engineering teams on investments and roadmaps.

· Lead periodic solution reviews with execs and stakeholders

· Be the voice of the user, champion for solution excellence. Monitor the quality and performance of the launched solutions, collect user feedback, and constantly drive for better overall user experience

· Pull in the necessary cross-functional support, and orchestrate the cross-function work for their area

· Communicate the status of the project to relevant stakeholders

· Shepherd the solutions through the launch process

Qualifications

· 5+ years of Program/Technical Product Management expertise

· Experience with building service on VR/AR/XR or other platforms

· Excellent cross-discipline leadership, collaboration and influencing skills. Lead, drive change and influence without authority across groups and executives.

· Experience defining, measuring, innovating and driving change in large-scale software products and solutions.

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to communicate business problems, alternatives, and product strategy.

· Ability to concisely frame problems and design simple solutions..

· Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent work experience.
