Responsibilities:

• Planning and Scheduling wafer sort, assembly and final test subcontractors

• Materials/components inventory control

• Issue production order/PO and WIP monitoring to ensure on time delivery

• Coordinate with related departments for manufacturing smoothly

• Drive subcontractors to meet demand forecast

• Subcontractors’ performance report, PO tracking, cycle time, in /out control.

• ERP orders control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, supply chain management or other related Technical Degree

• At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations / Planning environments

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin language

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)

• Experience in SAP system will be added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills especially in the aspect of negotiation & influencing

• Able to work in Chupei, Taiwan
