Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.JR27909 Product Quality Assurance ManagerAs a Product QA Manager at Micron Technology Inc., you will be responsible for the management and development of direct reports to enable delivery of Quality goals. You will be responsible for managing and improving performance by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute strategies aligned to corporate strategic objectives. You will assist with improving individual capability by conducting performance appraisals with team members to create goals and development plans. You will monitor performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities.
