• Assist plant manager to monitor, implement and improve process to achieve the KPI target in safety, quality as well as productivity.
• Plan and implement the CI / LEAN activities to reduce cost.
• Mange wastewater treatment team to fulfill regulations.
• Establish and improve process condition and technology
• Education :Bachelor/ Master degree and major in Chemical Engineering
• Relevant Previous experience : Minimum of 3 years experience in Chemical Process Engineering.
• Knowledge and skills :
• Strong communication skills and willing to share
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Problem Solving Tools
• Fluent English language
