Imagine a future where you support the culture of learning and continued improvement of our employees working at our Wind Farm in Taiwan

Join us in this role where you’ll ensure that our employees are continuously learning and working according to our procedures and policies. You’ll facilitate, coach, and plan local learning activities, whilst also helping to expand our footprint in APAC. In addition, you’ll manage our local apprentices program, developing equivalent programs in our APAC region, whilst embedding and sustaining our Operation Production System and competence management system at all levels of the organization.

Welcome to Operations People & Process Excellence

You’ll be part of Operations Learning & Development where you, together with your colleagues, will secure anchoring of continuous improvement and learning culture scope and facilitate local learning and development activities. You’ll also collaborate with local training providers to secure training availability for APAC developments, as required.

You’ll play an important role in:
  • anchoring and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement
  • anchoring and sustaining our competence management system
  • expanding our footprint in APAC, in relation to the availability of our training providers
  • anchoring and sustaining our Operations Production system
  • anchoring and sustaining the way we work with processes and business systems.
To succeed in the role, you:
  • are experienced in facilitating and delivering training
  • can communicate and reach agreement through flexibility and compromise within a multi-cultural organization
  • can communicate fluently in spoken and written English
  • have learning and problem-solving competencies
  • are a team player with good cooperation skills across all organizational levels, whilst being self-driven and able to work independently.
