About This Team

The P&C Business Partner team is responsible for providing strategic support to the organization for all people related matters, ranging from organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and team and leadership development. In partnership with the People and Culture CoE’s (Centers of Excellence), they work closely with people managers and employees to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional and innovative people support.

A Day In The Life

Reporting to our People & Culture Manager, the People & Culture Coordinator will work on supporting the department to accomplish business objectives by assisting with critical people administration tasks and assisting with supporting P&C projects as required.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity accuracy of employee data in our People Management system (Workday), including but not limited to: reporting, uploading documents, and processing job changes in a timely manner
  • Support People & Culture operations and employee life cycle including onboarding, offboarding and relevant administrative supports
  • Provide HR administrative support to the People & Culture programs, including but not limited to performance reviews, talent planning and management, compensation programs, and initiatives
  • Own and update the organization charts
  • Support with reporting and analysis of people related metrics
  • Partner with Benefits/Payroll team to ensure all benefits/Payroll documentation in the system is current and up to date
  • Ensure compliance with policy acknowledgements for assigned client group
  • Perform data audits and reconciliations in the company people systems
  • Support the administration of Labor management meeting and Employee welfare committee
  • Coordinate with Legal and other applicable CoEs to process third party requests for information
  • Perform as the point of contact to all retail and office employees and provide supports to People operations matters
  • Assess data (both qualitative and quantitative) to recommend improvements to our people processes and employee experience
  • Participate in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • A post secondary diploma, degree or certificate in Human Resources Management or related field will be a plus
  • Knowledge of employment/labour standard Acts in Taiwan
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent organizational skills and abilities
  • Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources
  • Have a strong focus on customer service and meeting the demands of internal and external clients from an administrative / support perspective
  • A passion for the entire people process and experience
  • Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality
