A day in the life:
The Ops Solutions team is comprised of people that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within lululemon. We touch all aspects of the store operations, including making sure stores are seeing positive results that meet and exceed company goals. You are passionate about supporting our stores, and the best in the world at completing complex projects in record time by prioritizing, simplifying, aligning, communicating, SSC to store communication and global programs. In partnership with other store and SSC leaders, ops solutions works on new initiatives that elevate and support the demands of running a store. Simply put, Ops Solutions is responsible for making the complex simple and getting sh*t done.
- Manage the New Store Opening (NSO) process in collaboration with the NSO Project Manager to ensure a smooth opeining process utilising checklists and timelines
- Coordinate communication strategies to support the roll-out and implementation of regional projects/initiatives
- Facilitate follow-up support and feedback collection on communication, projects and initiatives
- Work with cross-functional business partners to identify, translate business needs and requirements into solutions
- Represent stores for all operational needs,
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with a wide array of partners (i.e. Community Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and Training Manager) to provide an store operational trainings such as scheduling, Inventory management and Cash management for all new store openings and individual market needs
- Provide first hand support to the store and coordinate with other functions on IT, Finance, P&C, Logistics, Product etc.
- Identify and make recommendations to elevate the current way we are operating
- To be present in stores at least once a week
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience ideally within a retail environment
- Ability to speak and read Mandarin is a must
- Ability to read and write English and Mandarin is preferable
- Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Resourceful and high level of initiative
- Enrollment and ability to influence
- Proven ability to work with and lead a cross functional team
