We are looking for a Network & Infrastructure (Server) Lab’s Operations Coordinator (Corp. Operation Specialist) to management lab’s assets, logistic , inventory, and capacity. Co-work with engineers for client’s next generation Server Lab support.

Responsibilities

• Manage a various of hardware including racks, network equipment, racking system, power distribution units, floor load management.
• Plan and manage hardware logistic, inventory & capacity.
• Process receiving, shipping, ticket triage, planning and inventory management. Execute parts re-balancing through transfers between locations worldwide.
• Ongoing analysis to ensure accurate all aspects as requested for all parts.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all documented processes and procedures.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Manages schedules of deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of server lab’s logistics.
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future logistical needs.
• Co-work with engineers for next generation Server Lab support.
• Within a team of 12 members (including yourself); Network & Infrastructure Administrator, Data Center Technician, Operations Coordinator, Azure DevOps. System Development Engineer, EFA & PFA Technician, etc.)

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Min. BS in Electrical or Computer Science or other Engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience on HW lab management.

Essential Technical Skills & Experience:

• Receiving and storage of IT assets and peripherals
• Picking IT assets in preparation for configuration and deployment
• Removal of IT assets from campus locations as required
• Preparation of IT assets for transportation in line with IT and InfoSec policies
• Safe handling and destruction of IT media in accordance with InfoSec policy
• Assist team in the tear down and removal of HW assets Identify action plans to drive towards conclusions. Analysis and troubleshooting during the process.
• English: can read and input spec on system, using inventory management portal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in maintaining inventory levels including receiving, storage, and auditing
• Experience in Customer Service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives
• Working permit and Mandarin ability is required with foreigner
