Position Summary

, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Expectations

• Able to complete testing and file results with minimal oversight
• Solid knowledge of PCs, Android, Mac and their various components
• Able to troubleshoot across multiple platforms
• Track and update all the bugs in the system
• Good understanding on compliance/ certifications requirements
• Good understanding on Severity levels
• Competitive analysis
  

Responsible For

• Complete OOBE Reviews
• OOBE Hardware Testing
• Fill out OOBE exit documentation
• Identify product issues/flaws and record in JIRA
• Maintain Issues filed and provide
  

Essential Skills And Experience

• Ability to stay focused on somewhat tedious checklists
• Good documentation skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Self-starter with minimal need for oversight
• Independent thinker able to follow instruction
• Passion for quality
• PC/ Console Gaming Experience
