• Support Ocean freight management & Sales on development activities to achieve the growth business targets
• Conduct best possible freight rate negotiations with suppliers and regional trade management
• Ensure the team completes all RFQs/Tenders accurately and timely
• Provide leadership and strategy for ocean freight operations team to promote growth within the company, through realizing current and future business opportunities
• Monitoring and reporting of KPI to ensure team running efficiently , productively within budget planning and resources
• Good contact with major carriers and cargo transport service providers for continuously intensify local relationships
• Monitor the market and adjust pricing and service quotations regularly, Provide local market feedback on carriers to management and Regional Director
• Ensure any contracts, vendor, customer or other, are reviewed in accordance to company internal policies prior to being signed
  
  

• Familiar with major trade lane business/competition environments

• Dynamic, customer focused, self-motivated, service and result oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• With minimum 6 years of relevant freight forwarding experience and preferably dangerous goods handling experience
