Key Responsibilities:Operational Support

• Coupa key user – quotation & invoice handling
• Finished products and POSM applications
• Courier & delivery
• A&P record keeping
• Stock room management
• Other document preparation (i.e., company chops, vendor creation etc.)
  

Translation

• Chanel.com & Chanel News
• edm
• Line push messages
• iCoco push tasks message template
• Brochure cover letter
• Other ad hoc translation requests
  

Reporting

• Quarterly competitor report
• Assist with National Conference decks
  

Other

• Team calendar management
• Meeting minute keeping
• Event photo filing
• Event on-site support
  

Role Specifications:Academic / Professional Qualifications

• University graduates or above, preferably major in Marketing, English/French Literature, Business administration, etc.
  

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years work experience in sales admin, marketing admin, or secretarial fields
• Preferably in luxury/FMCG/fashion brands
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  

Required Competencies

• Extremely detail-minded and meticulous in execution
• Excellent organizational skills- able to create order in seemingly chaotic situation
• Flexible in handling ad hoc tasks with solution-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – must be a “people person”
• Self-motivated and independent but also a good team player
• Comfortable to work under pressure and multi-task under constantly evolving circumstances
• Solid grasps of both Chinese & English (spoken/written)
