Job Title: Marketing Manager, Taiwan and Hong Kong

Location: Taipei/Taiwan

Job Summary

NZXT’s Marketing Manager,Taiwan and Hong Kong is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy for Taiwan and Hong Kong, supporting business units in achieving their sales goals. As a regional leader on the Global Marketing team your core focus is to build awareness and credibility for NZXT products – both in new product categories and existing core categories.

You apply expertise in Marketing and Communications in your region to design cross-channel campaigns that effectively reach and influence the PC gaming audience, and deliver on the campaign KPIs that you establish and measure. You support product positioning in your region and contribute to creative briefing, communications frameworks, and marketing channel strategies aimed to drive customer demand.

Responsibilities
  • Establish TW/HK Marketing Strategy, accompanying investment approach, and quarterly OKRs.
  • Establish and nurture the NZXT community in your region, partnering closely with Global Community and Social leads.
  • Develop, manage and execute the end-to-end GTM launch and sustain plans for priority product campaigns aimed at driving awareness, credibility, and consumer demand for NZXT products.
  • Establish and own direct relationships with key reviewers across various platforms, relevant to your region and the PC gaming audience: editorial press, tech-tube, etc.
  • Own and drive plans for Influencer and Influencer deliverables in your territory
  • Audit, scope, and manage agency support where needed, and release agency resources where efforts are duplicative.
  • Actively participate in Global Marketing discussions, brainstorms, creative briefs, and Marketing plans.
  • Act as a thought-partner to both the Global Marketing team and regional Sales leads, identifying opportunities to improve processes and our ability to achieve our goals.
  • Manage regional brand partner relationships, including but not limited to key MDF partnerships, AAA game publisher partnerships, Influencer, etc.
  • Maintain and create content for TW social media channels and provide the contents to other APAC regions

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of related marketing experience in product, services, or brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of PC building, PC components, or PC peripherals a plus
  • Proven track record of commercial success, ideally in B2B marketing
  • Experience in go-to-market methodology and customer retention strategy, ideally in the gaming hardware/software industry.
  • Experience with building and maintaining direct press and influencer relationships and strategy
  • Existing relationships with key press and influencers
  • Experience partnering with global teams
  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects successfully and efficiently.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English
