Job Purpose:

Ensure production is running with maximum efficiency and minimum cost through robust process setup and continuous improvement. Well management on ECM (Engineering Change Master), engineering drawing, BOM (Bill of Material) and routing time to ensure production running in accordance with standard.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Responsible for stator, motor and multi-booster related assembly lines including continuous improvement, problem solving, new product/line, layout and capacity setup, relevant project and meeting participation.
• Responsible for ECM (Engineering Change Master), drawing, BOM (Bill of Material) and routing time and so on management to ensure production running in accordance with standard.
• Responsible for VPC (Verification of Product & Process Conformance) and closely cooperate with related departments to carry out VPC.
• Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain ME related records and documentation.
• Other project /tasks assigned by the manager.

Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations

• Directly report to ME supervisor.
• Needs to closely cooperate with APU, SC and QC within plant.
• Needs to closely cooperate with AME, CoE of motor on project implementation
  
  

Required Minimum Qualifications

• College/University graduated in E.E or automation control related field . 電機 ，電控 相關科系 畢業 (Must)
• Experience on motor production. (Must)
• Good English skill ( TOEIC: 500 above or able to communciate in English)
• Well knowledge on BOM structure and engineering drawing (Must)
• Certification on electrical engineering or motor related. (Preferred)
• Skill on electricity distribution and testing (Preferred)
