Job Description

As a Test Solutions Engineering ASIC TE manager, you will be responsible for leading a team in the development, debug, and maintenance of test programs for SSD and UFS controllers. A successful candidate must possess a growth mindset, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and have a strong technical foundation in test development. Success requires close collaboration with partners in Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Global Quality, and Equipment Engineering teams to deliver the right test solution. Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the test engineer team in developing test plans for controller products. Ensure test programs and hardware are in place and aligned to project commitments
• Probe/Final test capacity creation through test time reduction projects. Achieves all devices test time budgets and challenge it to go beyond by identifying further opportunities and innovations.
• Work with equipment vendors to define testers’ requirement for cost, capability, and testing efficiency. Support Manufacturing site on tools’ troubleshooting relating to test program.
• Define and drive TSE’s KPIs that support and align to product roadmap, manufacturing, and overall company directions
• Lead cross functional teams to resolve testing related issues of a complex nature. - Strong Collaboration with partners to improve Probe and Final test yield and quality coverage
• Responsible for the development and training of engineers to grow in their technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role is highly desired
• Strong background in testing of semiconductor and/or storage devices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication to decision-making grounded in strong data analysis
• A strong desire to constantly learn, improve and innovate core testing principles
• Proven track record of technical development and continuous improvement
• >= 5 years of experience in Semiconductor test development and manufacturing
