Manager, Quality Assurance-Health Care

Manage and implement quality assurance systems and processes to ensure quality, safety and compliance of processes and products to internal, customer and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable

2. Manage and oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures, processes and standards to ensure alignment to global DKSH quality policy and local regulatory guidelines

3. Develop and maintain quality assurance systems, including the development of quality checklists, supporting tools and techniques

4. Recommend improvement on policies, practices and processes to ensure the attainment of product quality standards

5. Review and close quality-related complaints, taking corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues

6. Foster the implementation of a good data management system in accordance with standards of good data safekeeping

7. Conduct quality-related training to enhance employees’ quality awareness and create a culture of continuous improvement

8. Provide specialist technical advice and support to management and staff on quality assurance matters in accordance with established policies, procedures and legislative requirements

9. Liaise with external institutions for product licensing requirements and certification, and food safety and quality

Qualifications

1. Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role

2. Minimum three years’ experience in a managerial capacity

3. Demonstrate knowledge in quality assurance tools, concepts and methodologies

4. Demonstrate knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

5. Demonstrate knowledge in good manufacturing practice (GMP)/ISO9000 or other quality management systems

6. Proven experience in good manufacturing practice manufacturing

7. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

8. Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
