Job/ Role Purpose

Major responsible for production (Machining ,assy , PE, Automation) management and executing planned production activities to meet customer on time delivery, quality Improvement, efficiency improvement, cost reduction and performance appraisal.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enforce best demonstrated practices as standard operation procedure /specification and compliance to achieve production output, QAP goals, operational costs and productivity targets.
• Monitor daily production status and review with production team by regular meeting to solve the production problems in time.
• Prepare corrective action plans and follows up on implementation so as to ensure that production schedules are met.
• Review and control expenses, particularly spares within budget constraints.
• Develop and implement a maintenance program for machines in order to meeting equipment performance targets.
• To drive the PE and PD team to implement the process improvement program and convert to automation project if necessary so as to improve product cost , quality and labor saving.
• To drive for new technology implementation and cost reduction.
• To corporate with planning people to make accurate production plan to meet the customers’ delivery request
• Ensure shipment to meet CRD and MPD
  

Scope

• Lead all production department supervisor and PE & automation group
• Drive new manufacturing process and production expansion management
  

Qualifications

• College and above in technical and science department.
• Minimum 10 years work experiences in the field of electronic (connector is preference) production.
• English ability in speaking and writing are essential.
• Proficient in technical skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient knowledge in machining and assy production process and management
• Communication skill, Integration and planning skills, leadership ability, and people management skills.
• At least 5 years of Fixture or automation machine design experience
