Mill Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning for converting and tissue machine. Working closely with operation / warehouse / central planning to ensure a high service level with low inventory and machine grade changes.
• Material planning based on updated production schedule and company strategy, working closely with venders / procurement / warehouse to make sure a healthy inventory level to fulfill production needs.
• Identify opportunities and drive cost / process improvement projects to further enhance SC competitiveness.
• Lead or support the deployment of global / regional supply chain transformation initiatives.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Information Technology.
• Min 2 years’ hands-on experience in production planning.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English (TOEIC 800+ equivalent)
• Excellent attitude of teamwork and collaboration; can also work independently Passionate in pursuing long term career goals in supply chain functions in consumer industry
• Familiar with SAP and Excel
  

Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:

K-C will not provide support for relocation of the chosen candidate for this role, if necessary, relocation will be at the candidate’s own expense.

However, K-C will provide assistance and financial support to obtain immigration visas and work authorization for the chosen candidate, if needed.
