3rd party logistics service provider management (importation, warehousing, and distribution)

- Maintain 3rd party logistics service provider performance with high level of quality and service standard

Logistics operation (importation, warehousing, and distribution)

- Timely maintain logistics activities in SAP system to ensure stock reconciliation accuracy, which includes EDI maintaining (ex. outbound delivery check, iDoc error check, trouble-shooting, etc.)

- Regularly execute inventory destruction, stock count, and container declaration per SOP and government standard

- Collect billing, validate the content, and ensure cost is reasonable for all activities, including estimating the monthly expense

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and manage their expectations

- Administration process and reporting (ex. vendor payment process, logistics analysis and reporting, document retention, packaging material procurement, customer complaint status tracking, etc.)

Ad hoc projects/assignments (ex. urgent shipment handling, market recall, etc.)
