Responsibilities

Assist in the management of CSO Taiwan Parts Service & Logistics Operations.
  • Liaise with customers on customers’ parts ordering and delivery requirements, issues and escalations
  • Coordinate with customers and be able to work with multiple cross-functional departments; for examples, parts order centers, logistics team, repair centers and related vendors
  • Liaise with 3rd party logistics (3PL) vendors for warehousing, local distribution, international freight movement of parts to customers
  • Manage 3PL warehouse vendors in Taiwan, including:
  • KPI management
  • SOP review and management ]
  • Regular operations review and resolution
  • Billing verification
  • Handle local compliance matters to ensure compliance to U.S. and Taiwan regulatory policies.
  • Assist customers on invoice / billing issues
  • Coordinate with customers for customers’ parts repair & return
Basic Qualifications & Skills
  • Preferably with 2 years of ordering or logistics management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office in particular in MS Excel and Word
  • Good customer service skills with high level of business integrity
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
Education

Degree in Business, Logistics or related field
