Pacston is seeking legal assistants who are based in Taiwan with excellent English written communication to serve our global clients.

A law background for this position is not required, but experience in handling documentation details and administration is a huge plus. This is also a great opportunity for English or Law major graduates who are interested in working in a legal setting.

Role description

• reviewing client materials, including but not limited to forms, status certificates, degree certificates, research summaries, etc.
• ensuring client material meets our document standards for filing
• responding to client queries through internal message board
• providing clear written instructions to clients regarding submitting legal materials
• collaborating with different paralegal teams and attorneys to troubleshoot case relevant matters

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Excellent English written communication (equivalent to TOEIC 900, GEPT Higher-Intermediate, TOEFL 95, IELTS 7.5)
• Experience in administration, text editing, or/and client service sector is highly desirable
• Strong attention to details
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and can incorporate feedback from team leader/supervisor
