Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute learning strategies and programs in lines with the latest trends.

2. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

3. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, online training)

4. Design and deliver e-learning projects, courses, workshops and other trainings

5. Modify and adjust the training programs when needed as per the company’s requirements. 6. Track budgets and negotiate contracts with appropriate vendors.

7. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

8. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.

9. To work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

10. Record and report training courses, schedules, and results. Share the same with the management on a regular basis

Job Requirements:

1. Master degree in Business, Psychology or a HRM related field

2. Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar

3. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

4. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. Professional certification is a plus

5. Experience in project management and budgeting

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

7. Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

8. Proficient in MS Office

9. Good verbal and written communication, leadership, great interpersonal skills and attention to detail
