Lead Electrical Engineer (Senior Manager/Director)

Responsibilities:

- Familiar with X86, RISC and ARM hardware & system design and development (various kinds of design capabilities are plus: RF/Antenna design/Battery experience)

- Drive NPI on early-stage materials preparation and component qualification.

- Experience navigating various product certifications standards (FCC, UL, IP, etc for various products and countries).

- Manage internal and external design review processes.

- Full experiences of design debugging and resolution findings.

- Better to have know-how in system integration with multiple peripherals

- Team Leadership and solid management skill to coach and inspire EE team and Eco partners

- Understand the target application scenarios and user pain points; learn and study new technology and let product design from good to great and pursuit technology breakthrough

- Good communication skill cross different function teams and key component vendors

Able to manage engineer organization and resources and build up efficiency working models

Requirements:

- 10+ years of working experiences in EE and System Engineering

- 5+ year people management experiences

- Bachelor or Master degree with major in Electronic Engineering
