The Role

  • Collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of executive compensation programs that include total rewards strategy, competitive benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, overall pay competitiveness analysis and executive pay-for-performance alignment
  • Perform industry and financial research related to compensation strategy and design
  • Manage large-scale data, conduct quantitative analyses, prepare reports and deliverables and contribute to client success through the quality of work results

Performance Objectives:

Clients

• Establish a trusted professional recognition on ECBA area of expertise

• Interact with clients or potential clients freely at own contact level representing WTW

• Develop own insights and publish articles or make public presentations on executive

compensation and board advisory topics

Financial

• Meet own billable hours and team revenue goals

• Support the generation of new business and achieve sales goals

• Manage billing and AR collections

Excellence

• Ensure project or task progress by established budget, timeline and quality standards

• Implement WTW Excellence policy and procedures

• Provide insights, judgement and intellectual capital to the executive compensation

and board advisory business community and broader WTW teams

People

• Win respect by demonstration of WTW values and own work discipline / expertise

• Engage WTW / client teams / communities to collaborate effectively

• Be a self-driven fast learner and take control of own career development

The Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in accounting / business / consulting

firms, or corporate financial review / planning divisions, or underwriting / investment

divisions of financial industries.

• Ability to manage own workload effectively to full fill commitments in a timely manner

• Proven success in managing multiple, multi-faceted projects and producing quality

deliverables on time and within budget

• An undergraduate degree, with an advanced degree highly desirable
