Job Description

Main Purpose of Role

  • Manages the business of Hand Hygiene and Tissue category for TW & HK KCP business
  • Identify and focus on segments that have high growth potential for Hand Hygiene and Tissue business
  • Aggressively drive Hand Hygiene and Tissue business with a focus of high margin products
  • Seek business opportunity by monitoring and analyzing market changes and customer needs
  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies and monitor excellent execution

Role Accountabilities

  • Be the KCP market expert for Hand Hygiene and Tissue. Analyze the market development trend, identify most relevant marketing mix elements to reach the end users and/or channel partners.
  • Identify & rationalize product range needs within responsible segments. Lead the development and execution of collaborative marketing programs and marketing tools (i.e. presentations, brochures etc.)
  • Work with regional R&D/category team to develop new product/solutions roadmaps.
  • Support front line on the segment knowledge/insights. Work with sales capability team closely to develop capability development modules
  • Assist & support sales teams to visit large key accounts to gather customer insights and win the business
  • Works with regional CX/Lead Gen teams to activate/attract active leads.

Essential Knowledge, Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B field
  • Sales/Marketing B2B experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Great presentation skills & end user customer facing ability
  • Winning and growth mindset
  • Good planning, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and patience in communicating with a matrix of working partners from different levels/ departments with a variety of working styles
  • Able to motivate and work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teams
  • B2B Marketing capability and end user customer facing ability, and great presentation skills
